In what amounts can I purchase a Gift Voucher?
Gift Vouchers are available in denominations of S$20, S$30 S$50 and
S$100.
Can I add my own personalised message as well?
Yes. You can add a short personal message to accompany the Gift Vouchers. Simply type your message in "Add Your Comments" section upon checkout.
How do I use my Gift Voucher to pay for my order?
Each Gift Voucher is printed with a unique Voucher Code. Add the items
you'd like in your shopping cart then proceed to checkout. Type the code during the checkout and enter "Redeem". You will see a message "Congratulations, you have redeemed ". The
total value of the Gift Voucher will be applied against the total
order amount. If your order exceeds the amount of your Gift Voucher,
you must pay for the balance with our
standard payment method. Gift Vouchers are not
redeemable for cash. If the Gift Voucher amount exceeds your order
total, no amount will be refunded and the balance will be expired.
Can I shop with a Gift Voucher more than once?
No. The Gift Voucher must be utilised in a single redemption. Any
unused portion will be expired.
Will the Gift Vouchers be mailed to the recipient?
Yes. If you would prefer to have us send directly to the recipient,
we are happy to do that for you free of charge. You may wish to consider mailing by registered post (payable by the purchaser) to safeguard against loss during shipping.
You may also choose for us to send it via email.
The Gift Vouchers will be sent to the recipient via snail mail or e-mail
within 24 to 48 hours after payment is received.
Where do I enter the particulars of the recipient?
Upon checkout, enter in the "Add Your Comments" section,
- the name of the recipient (you may leave it blank)
- your own personalised message (optional)
- recipient's mailing address (applicable only if you want us to send
on your behalf)
- recipient's email address (applicable only if to be sent by email)
Will I be charged shipping charges if I am buying Gift Voucher
only?
If you are buying nothing but Gift Voucher, we will not impose
shipping charges.
How do I order a Gift Voucher?
Gift Vouchers are purchased just like any other item in our store. You
can pay for them using our standard payment method.

Is there an expiry date for my Gift Vouchers?
Yes. Gift Vouchers expire 12 months from date of issuance. It is important
therefore that you keep the Gift Voucher Code private. Once applied to
an order the Code cannot be re-used.
What are the rules regarding Gift Vouchers?
Gift Vouchers can be redeemed online at ScrapbookingCove.
Customers can use Gift Vouchers to purchase anything they wish,
including paying for shipping charges.
Gift Vouchers expire 12 months from date of issuance.
Promotional codes and other discounts offered from time to time
cannot be used to purchase Gift Voucher.
Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
Gift Vouchers are subject to our standard terms and conditions of
sale.
Gift Vouchers cannot be used to purchase Gift Vouchers.
Scrapbooking Cove cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or misused Gift Voucher codes.
The risk of loss and title for Gift Vouchers pass to the purchaser
upon our delivery to the carrier (eg. Singapore Post).
